Claims
We value our customers and communicating with them and sharing information is one of the most important steps in developing the CBet brand. Therefore, your opinion is important to us and to establish a strong relationship and improve your experience, we invite all complaints and claims regarding remote gambling and/or questions related to them to be submitted to the Company's Customer Service Department by e-mail info@cbet.lt or by registered mail to the Company's central office, at the address: Vijokliu str. 2, Ramuciai, Karmelavas sen., Kaunas district, Lithuania.
To submit a claim, the customer must fill out a claim in the form established by the Company and indicate his data, which ensures the identification of the person's identity, and the basis and purpose of the claim. The claim must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days from the day when the customer learned or should have learned about a possible violation of his right. Processing and responding to a claim takes up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the customer's claim. The company's decisions regarding the satisfaction of claims are final. If the customer does not agree with the Company's decision regarding the submitted claim, the customer may appeal it to the Gaming Control Authority and in another manner provided by law.
